Nudie’s also lent his name to a small North Hollywood coffee shop that went out of business around 2000. the place had good coffee and friendly staff, lots of pix of Nudie with celebs, and an area where you could sit on saddles instead of seats. today, the place is the Hot Wire Cafe, and despite never really liking the name “Nudie’s,” I gotta say I liked it a lot better than “Hot Wire.”
Letterhead used by the late-Nudie Cohn, rodeo-tailor to the stars. Clients include Elvis, Jagger, Lennon…
